As a member of our Technology and Quality Management group, you will be working with multi-disciplinary teams on various projects.  Duties include, but are not limited to:

  •  Take support calls, emails and in person requests from staff located in our GTA (Woodbridge, Oakville and Markham) offices;
  • Liaise with Managed Services Provider as necessary for level 2 or above issues;
  • Log all calls received in the ticketing system;
  • Visit the 3 GTA locations on a scheduled basis;
  • Assist in systems and process documentation as directed;
  • Follow up with relevant users for updates on problems or requests;
  • Participate in testing of project related items as directed;
  • Troubleshoot and maintain all hardware and software systems/applications;
  • Promote best practices and policies as directed;
  • Setup new laptops, monitors and peripherals and;
  • Provide training to new and/or existing staff.



  • Min 2 years of Technical support experience;
  • Problem solving skills;
  • Positive attitude -  with total commitment to staff satisfaction;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Experience with full MS Office suite (preferably Office 365 );
  • Windows 7 / 10 operating system installing and troubleshooting;
  • Willingness to travel to GTA locations on a scheduled and as-needed basis. and;
  • Other duties as may be assigned.
