As a member of our Contract Administration Group, you will be responsible for all aspects of communication activities related to a large construction/infrastructure project. Duties include, but are not limited to:


  • Communicating effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring relevant information is shared in a timely fashion;
  • Working collaboratively with integral stakeholders to deliver communications and public engagement activities that demonstrate effective and proactive communications with the public and identify such opportunities throughout the duration of the Contract;
  • Planning, developing, managing and implementing all communications matters related to the project ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged when necessary and ensuring that the communication objectives are met;
  • Researching, planning, developing and implementing strategic and integrated Communications Management Plan for a large construction/infrastructure project,
  • Working with multiple stakeholders with competing interests while supporting and meeting obligations and reporting requirement;
  • Developing, planning, organizing and delivering print and electronic communications;
  • Chairing and organizing a Communications Committee, comprised of key stakeholders, and;
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Completion of diploma or degree in Communications or related program;
  • Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in a similar role;
  • Strong MS Office skills, including Office 365, Skype for Business, Teams, Outlook as well as software programs, website management and Search Engine Optimization skills;
  • Excellent communication, judgement, organizational and interpersonal skills;
  • Experience and understanding of working with elected officials and various levels of government;
  • Demonstrated experience working effectively and building relationships with public and private sector partners and actively, and;
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends if required.
