DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are currently seeking Construction Project Managers to join our Alberta based public infrastructure team for full time term positions for construction supervision and contract administration. The construction project manager provides construction supervision / administration leadership and expertise on highway grading, base, and paving projects, ensuring that the project meets design intent, as well as meeting schedule and cost objectives. Direct contract administration experience with Alberta Transportation and rural municipality projects is required having completed projects valued from $5,000,000 to over $20,000,000.
The ideal candidate has civil construction experience and strong skills in managing a diverse group of project participants (client, contractors, materials and survey staff, and stakeholders). To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
